GULF SHORES, Ala. (WKRG) — The Gulf Shores City Schools announced the new Gulf Shores High School will have a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

The release said the school features state-of-the-art facilities, innovative learning spaces, advanced technology and modern athletic and performing arts complexes.
“This new high school represents our community’s commitment to creating a world-class educational environment for our students,” said Mayor Robert Craft. “It’s an investment in the future of Gulf Shores, and we are proud to open a facility that reflects the energy, ambition, and spirit of our city.”
The city school system also said the high school will offer “Tuesday Tours” for community members every August 11th, 18th and 25th.
